Studio KIRA ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices for the KIRA app for iPad and our website.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

KIRA is designed with privacy by default. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. No account, email, or registration is required to use the app.

All projects, media files, and settings are stored locally on your iPad. We have no access to them.

2. Device Permissions

Microphone: Used only for audio-reactive features. Audio input is processed locally on the device and is never sent to us or to any third party.

Camera (optional): Used only if you explicitly choose to import a live camera feed. Data is processed locally.

The app does not request or use any other permissions without your explicit consent.

3. Third Parties

The app does not use any analytics, tracking, advertising frameworks, or third-party services that collect data.

4. GDPR & Your Rights (EU Users)

Studio KIRA acts as the Data Controller. Because we do not collect or process any personal data, we do not hold any information that can be subject to access, rectification, or deletion requests.

5. Children's Privacy

KIRA is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.


Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 13, 2026

By downloading or using KIRA ("the App"), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptable Use

The App is provided solely for creating and displaying live visual effects and light projections. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful or harmful purposes.

2. Safety Warning

The App may generate flashing lights, rapid visual patterns, and high-contrast imagery that could trigger seizures or discomfort in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or other medical conditions.

You are solely responsible for the safe setup and operation of any projectors, displays, lighting equipment, or external hardware used with the App. We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of such equipment.

4. In-App Purchases

Certain features may require a one-time payment. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and billing policies.

EU Right of Withdrawal. For EU consumers, by purchasing and downloading digital content you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) expires once the download is complete. Refund requests must be handled directly through Apple.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the App will be error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio KIRA and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including personal injury, property damage, equipment damage, business interruption, or data loss arising from use of the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

KIRA, the Studio KIRA logo, and all software, graphics, visual assets, and content within the App are the exclusive property of Studio KIRA. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Italy. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
